Dunnellon Air & Heat

I called on a Thursday wanting an appointment for the next day. Rick came out that morning as he said, and had my unit back running in about ten minutes. He was a nice guy, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would gladly recommend him, and will call again if I have future problems.

Had a Leak in my unit and called my regular service company. They said it would cost $95.00 an hour to trace out leak. Then no guarantee that they would find it. Called Rick at Dunnellon Air & Heat, he came out the next morning spent about an hour and could not sniff out any leaks or find any evidence of leakage. He said it may be leaking in the lines under the slab or possibly from the valve caps as they had no seals. He added freon and charged me $65.00 for the call plus cost of freon . He will come back in 10 days to check to see if was the valve caps , which he replaced.

HORRIBLE!!!!
Called them for service. Said they "don't want to be MARRIED to my system! WHAT !!? Then get out of the service business. I would have bought a brand new system from them, except they told me they were NOT coming back (after ONE service call? - which I glady paid for) Told us they had other regular customers, didn't need my job. I DON'T GET IT ..... Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and treatment of what could have been a new customer.

Have used Dunnellon Heat and Air for over 5 years. They have serviced me well with my old unit and been very professional with my new unit as well.
