Can you give a negative rating? They are terrible in this store! Went in Wednesday night 3/25/15, to upgrade two phones. The phones we wanted were not in stock so we agreed to order them through this store against our better judgement, not a good idea! They said two day delivery, as one of the phone lines we were upgrading the phone no longer worked, so we called Friday and asked about the delivery, they weren't delivered, they won't be in the store until Monday. This was not right, we were still eligible for upgrades, and went to another store but could not upgrade because the guy at dunn, messed up our account! Let alone they spoke to us like we were dumb, and couldn't understand anything. I will not step foot back into this store once I receive my phones. I advise you take your business to holly springs or fayetteville, as they are better trained and will have the phones in stock!! Very much unpleased with the service we received.

My son, away at college, went in with a broken phone. We always get insurance but found out it was not added to our account. All they would say is "Sorry we can't help you, he'll have to buy a phone at full cost". Of course all they care about is the money. Had my son drive 30 minutes away to the corporate store and guess what - they happily helped him get a new phone for a very reasonable price. The worst part is that when I got off the phone these employees mocked me right in front of my son. How stupid! GO SOMEWHERE where they care about their customers!!!!
