Maple Shade Dental of Peoria

So thankful for Maple Shade and Dr. Rufner. My experience for the last four years have been awesome. I was always scared of dentists and had waited entirely too long to go see one until I had a problem. Came to Maple Shade at the referral of a friend and I keep coming back because I no longer fear my dental work. Dr. Rufner has always been so kind and caring ensuring that I am not in pain. Thank you Maple Shade!

My kids and I go to Maple Shade, Dr Rufner is rough and rude...he doesn't listen to anything anyone says. I complained about my tooth, he filled a different one that didn't have anything wrong with it. I kept complaining and went back in. They had to do a root canal on the one I complained about to begin with, this would not have happened had he listened to me in the first place. Don't be fooled by the nice office. The staff (upstairs) are terrible!!! I was told our new patient consultations were never done so they did them and charged us for them TWICE!!! I've complained and they just DO NOT listen. I'll NEVER go back!

Dr. Merheb took superior care of both myself and my mother. I was at ease and his staff was very helpful. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
