Food good but service terrible. I can't blame the waitress' as they were all running trying to bus tables and wait on customers so I did have to ask for ketchup, hot sauce, my toast, more coffee etc.
I went with a friend for breakfast at 1130 am. The place was very busy but we were able to get a table. The waitress was nice but my complaint is with management. There was no silverware for which the waitress apologized saying it would be out soon, to me this was rather weird but it got worse. There was not a bus person so the waitresses had to serve and bus. We asked why and was told the bus person had taken the weekend off and the management didn't think to find someone else to work. For me, I am not going back. If the owner doesn't have the sense to have employees and silverware on a Sunday morning then I am not wasting my time, plus it is a small cramped restaurant so I am going elsewhere. Actually I usually go to Our Town on Main Street and they now have two locations and the food is good and the service fast.

We were shown to a table with menus, waiting while 3 employees walked back and forth past us like we were invisible. another table of 2 was seated, and they received the same treatment and walked back out after 3-4 minutes. We gave it 7 full minutes and as we were about to leave the waitress asked what we wanted. The food was overcooked, the potatoes were burned, and the english muffin on the bottom of the eggs benedict was also burned. We had to ask for a coffee refill. We heard the owner ask the waitress what happened to the folks he seated near us and she replied she didn't know. When we went to pay our check I told the owner that they left because nobody ever came to acknowledge they were there, and that we almost left after 7 minutes of being invisible..the owner actually said "its usually 10-15 minutes on the weekend and if people don't want to wait, they can go elsewhere". I was very surprised at his lack of concern for his patrons when today's economy eating out is a priviledge for most folks. He said they make customers wait that long on purpose so the waitresses only have to come over once to get the beverage and food order at the same time.
