Veraisons is a gourmet restaurant that serves a range of food options for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Its menu features regional ingredients with French classical influence. The restaurant s cooking team works closely with local growers to use fresh produce. Its breakfast menu includes steaks, eggs, French toast, croissants, yogurt, caramelized onion fries, sausage and fruit. The restaurant s dinner menu features strip steaks, chicken breasts, grilled pork, saut ed duck breasts and lamb racks. Veraisons has a dining room with a cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace. The restaurant also organizes meal promotional events. Located in Dundee, N.Y., Veraisons is owned and operated by Glenora Wine Cellars, which offers a variety of wines, including chardonnay, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and pinot blanc.
