The owner Chris is very arrogant. Argues with customers.
His worker tell you that you have a 48 hour guarantee on live stock
Yet when you take them back you have to be talked down to and threatened because you brought back their products. You just lost a valuable costumer and in the future I will not shop there again. Beware don't shop. He really don't deserve a star. Also let your customer browse they can't take anything out with out you knowing

Grooming service is unacceptable. We've been taking our dog for about a year & we take her quarterly (the most recent visit was the 4th in a year). The first time it was great; no issues; great service & price. The second time it was ok, a few concerns that were corrected. The third time the style was wrong (we have a pic on file), the cut was uneven, feet were sloppy, face was too long and uneven, & hair was not removed from ears. We returned her & it was fixed. The most recent grooming was the last time we will take her because of all the same problems from the third time. The manager didnt even offer to fix! We even gave our dog a mild sedative to help calm her and STILL she wasnt done properly. There are too many business like this one to keep going back. Clearly they dont value maintaining our business so we will go elsewhere.

Great store. Great customer service. The workers are very friendly and have or will find any information you need. They have a great selection of fish and coral. And will try to order anything you request. All and all, my favorite fish store thus far!
