Captain D's Seafood Kitchen

Me and my Family decided to Dine in at Captain D's Seafood in Duncanville located at 419 east camp wisdom rd..the experience was absolutely Terrible. Parking was fine. We ordered our food which was the supreme sampler and the deluxe seafood platter..half way through eating our food we found a bitten off finger nail on our fried okra ..needless to say we didn't finish our food. . Grossed out by this we showed it to the people in charge there..they didn't so much as give us an apology. .they asked us if we wanted our entire ticket refunded....we said only the meals...not the deserts ..after being sick.. they told us that they could only refund one meal....THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. .this is disgusting to think that no gloves were being worn when preparing our food...then not apologize or refund our entire meals after being asked...it ridiculous. .I'm out raged!! Corporate office if you see this ....this need to dealt with.....YUCK!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!

Talked with mgr and asked if they had crab patties, he said yes. So I told him to give me 2 orders to get take home. He place the orders and when I got home I found he had orders salmon patties instead. No one answers the phone in the store, just goes to voice mail. Not a good thing for a store not to have some one answer the phone. Salmon patties were ok but not that great so rated a 3. Service was slow as well.

The food was ok but the baked potato was extremely small, the woman taking our didn't speak English well, communication was difficult and we didn't get all of our order.

Good food and the woman that run it are great. Very nice and always a smile
