I live in Pennsylvania Farms area, and what shocks me is that the mail person swaps our mail all the time, leaving my mail in the neighbors' mailbox and often placing neighbors' in mine. Today, I got no mail, so, maybe my neighbors got my mail. Disgusting.

most of the time it is pretty good service. But I'm so tired of picking up packages from my box and they are jammed in so tight you can't get them out. There are large boxes right beside that the postal worker can place the package in and leave the key in my box. But now I have to go the the post office tomorrow morning and get someone to drive down to my box to open the back and get my package out. I've never complained about the increase in postage. But how about when there is an increase postage, there is not a decrease in service quality. Thank you.
