Empire Finance of Duncan

I'm not sure what has happened to this business in the last month, but the customer service is not what it used to be. The new manager is rude and doesn't seem to know what she is doing. They talk bad about the ladies who used to work there which is unprofessional. This company has a lot of issues. Their loan amounts don't add up and they can't explain where your charges are. They say that it is their system but I think they are pocketing the money.

Not like the other loan companies in town. The ladies are friendly, professional and remember my name.
