Observation Hill Children's

My daughter started going to Observation Hill when she was 5 months old. I had no problems when she was in the baby room. When she switched to the toddler room, I was so displeased. The staff is constantly talking amongst themselves. They are also constantly yelling at the kids. When they aren't yelling at the kids, they're outside smoking. The toddler room always smells like dirty diapers. And when they change the toddlers diapers, they do it by having them stand up in a small non private bathroom. They barely get the kids clean, considering my daughter has a fire engine red diaper rash every week. My child comes home with food all over her clothes and face. The place is really cheap, but not worth my displeasure in how they take care of my child. Don't even waste your time here!!!

As a single father I have been bringing my daughter to this wonderful center for six years. My daughter thinks of this fine establishment as a second home. The staff are warm hearted and very easy to communicate with at any time in the day. The night care program was very convenient for my work schedule. They provide my daughter with a caring and learning environment each and everyday. I recommended this center with my highest regards and applaud the excellent staff for their hard work. I also give props to the director for making my experience at Observation exceptional. Thanks!

I have been bringing both of my daughters to observation hill since they were old enough to go. The workers there genuinely care about children and their well being. They also care about the parents and have concern and care for the family as a whole. The babies are properly cared for: fed, changed, rocked to sleep and everything is tracked on paper so parents are always aware of when their baby was last fed and changed as well as the amount of food they consumed. They also track things like that in the toddler room. They track when your child used the bathroom and are a tremendous help with potty training. The entire staff is well trained in every aspect of childcare, cpr and make cleanliness a priority to not spread germs which helps during cold season. Everything in sanitized and cleaned several times a day. The pre-school room is amazing as well. The teachers have enthusiasm and a love for teaching, they use upward inflection and special voices during story times. The teachers also give you updates on what your child is learning and how they are doing in every area of their motor skills. Children learn all sorts of things there! They also have a great play ground for the children to go play- my children are always nice and dirty when I pick them up so I know they had a great day playing outside, they are tired because they had a great day! The meals that they prepare include something from every food group so they are also well fed. There is nothing I can say bad about this wonderful daycare!! I do and will continue to bring my children there without a doubt. Observation Hill has become like family over the years, they are dependable, reliable, loving, caring and just overall great!!

My daughter has gone to observation sense she was 7 weeks old! She is entering kindergarden tomorrow!! I appreciate all the staff have done for her.. Giving her a second home when mommy was away working!! I recommend this daycare to everyone I know!!
