Dry Dock Bar & Restaurant

FYI! Over 6 months ago I booked a wedding with Dry Dock Bar and Grill. I was so excited to be getting married and having it there. But that soon ended. I was under the impression that they had a banquet coordinator named "Amy" as per the website, but they don't. The cook/bartender Jessie is the person that works with you, which I found out when I was cancelling. I never got a call, letter, email, text, etc. from this company since I booked with them. I called a few times and was told to "come in and talk to the bartender". I emailed, but they don’t do that either. So when I asked to cancel they just tried to buy me with free decorations. When I called the owner to tell him thank you, but we have chosen a different place he asked me to explain. As I tried to convey my feelings of how I was treated he argued, demanded that I use them, told me he is keeping the entire $500 deposit – that he did nothing for, called me disgruntled, then yelled at me “we are done, we are done” and hung up. This is no way to treat a person! I suggest you stay far away from this place even if you are trying to save money.
