All contractors inevitably have challenges, but generally they can be overcome with goodwill and communications with a customer. This guy apparently does not care about his reputation in the community. He signed contracts with my company for over $4000 to fix a workmanship error and refuses to pay for the damages. Better look close before hiring this company.

Do NOT hire this company for work on your home! My son started working for this company this spring. Currently he has not been paid in 3 weeks and is owed nearly $2800 in wages. Upon learning this I did some investigating and learned that the owner of this company, Tyler Carlson, was ordered by the State of MN to cease and desist performing unlicenced work as of 12/23/13, and currently owes the State over $14,000 in penalties. There are 3 unresolved complaints against him listed with the Better Business Bureau, who has given them a rating of F for these complaints, all of which are a result of him taking money from homeowners then never returning to do the work and never returning their calls or their money. This guy is a scammer, will take your money and run...and if he does do the work, he doesn't pay the guys who actually do the work on your home. Avoid him like the plague.
