I am so impressed this company. We called them to come out and fix our ceiling fan. They returned my call in less than 12 hours. The technician was on time to the minute. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He explained exactly what had to be done and how much it was going to cost us. Over all I would reccommend this comapny to anyone. Thank you for having a company with excellent customer service. It is a rare find these days!

I would NEVER recommend this electrician to anyone. I had an emergency situation and Mr. Response Electric (Dudley, MA) was chosen out of the yellow pages because of his BBB rating. According to several sources I checked with after the fact, I discovered I was charged TRIPLE the going rate for the job. He re-used the corroded breakers that were removed from the old panel on the new electrical panel. I asked the contractor if he took out a permit for the job and he told me he did, but the inspector may not come because they know the quality of his work. When I didn't get any call to set up an inspection after the work was completed, I called the town and discovered no permit was ever taken out. The guy was forced by the town to take out a permit. Mr. Response Electric had to send someone back several times to my house (causing me to lose work) and his work STILL did not pass inspection! The contractor, Mr. Response Electric (William Augustynski, President) never re-filed for a inspection - even after a letter was sent from the town of Charlton. It is now 4 months later and I still do not have a valid inspection for work performed in April 2012. When I called him about this, he was quite rude and told me that he he will not file the $40 fee needed to have his work reinspected, because he doesn't have to??



Buyers and homeowners BEWARE!! Do NOT use this contractor unless you want some serious issues. He is unethical and does NOT stand behind his work.
