Alt's Mini-Storage

This place is THE PITS. No "office" on premises, it's NOT 24 access, and after I made a reservations weeks earlier, when I showed up "lucky" enough to find an owner taking down a mail box, I was given a total of $85.00 more than was quoted. AND he wanted an extra $75.00 in 2 days!! It's run down, did not meet my hours of needed access, and the man was none too friendly simply shrugged off that I had booked online & he shouldn't be running a business speaking face face to with customers. I wouldn't recommend this "BATES MOTEL" of storage facilities to even to a psycho I am forced to click a star rating just to post this review. They don't earn even 1 star. -0
