Horrible loan officers, low trade in values, high interest rates and no customer service. My credit union was a million times better and now i can go anywhere. Ill never go back.

Satisfied customer

I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from this dealership and I must say I'm highly satisfied with the services provided by Fred. He is amazing and very courteous. We came to the dealership 3 times and test drive several vehicles and through all of them he was very patient and explained the features of each car in detail. Fred's boss was also very helpful in price negotiation and gave me the best price I was looking for. Richard who helped us finance the vehicle was very helpful and helped me get the finance rate that I was looking for. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

Overall

This car dealership (nissan/fiat) is very dishonest and sneaky. The whole time I was negotiating with the salesmen, I said I only wanted a 60 month loan. I made a big deal about only wanting a 5 year loan throughout the negotiations. We agreed to a price with a car payment amount with a 60 month loan. Today, I got my car loan statement and it says it is a 72 month loan. They tricked me and put the contact in front of me and pressured me so fast that I didn't have time to read the fine print. I should have read the fine print, but they were also very dishonest and intentionally tricked me. I would recommend everyone avoid this dealership because they are underhanded and deceptive.

Overall

I had a very bad experience with Salesperson Mike Davis. He was very rude to me and wasn't helpful, belittling me and my decisions as well as my negotiating tactics. I will not go back to this dealer. They tried to rip me off and then would not negotiate very well at all. They tried to sell me a car for $6,000 over their asking price. When I explained that the price they were presenting me was not synonymous with another listing they had (on the car), the salesman got angry, told me I was mistaken, but then later verified that I was actually accurate. I profusly hated working with Dublin Mazda. I also spoke with Reyes Garcias, the Sales Manager at Ken Harvey's Dublin Mazda. He was polite at first but when I alerted him of his rude salesperson he tried to tell me that Mike Davis was crusty sometimes but was simply using different "Sales tactics" and then insulted me by trying to play up pride telling me I was a walking millionaire, and that I was "beautiful," but failed to deal with the problem. I am a salesman and there are no Sales Tactics that involve bad customer service and rudeness. If I was the Sales Manager at any facility and a consumer reported a complaint to me regarding the treatment/ customer service they received from one of MY representatives, I would have a talk with that representative and rectify the situation per the customer's satisfaction. I had a terrible experience at Dublin, Mazda & I encourage everyone to avoid that place like the plague!!! Bottom line: Go to their competitor. I don't like Dublin Mazda one bit!!

Great Service

I see David every time I visit the Dublin Nissan. I live in Fremont and make the drive over to Dublin because I know that they know what they are doing and get it right the first time. David is my service advisor and let me tell you this guy knows his cars! I get great service, fix everything I need, and leave happy every time! My Armada has been running great for years now… I look forward to purchasing my next Nissan from Dublin Nissan!

Make sure you speak with David in Service if you want your Nissan serviced the right way!

DUBLIN HONDA IS PATHETIC

If you want the worst experience in your life with car buying,to be ashamed of thinking of buying a new car, to be humiliated by a seller for being a buyer, if you are looking for the last dealer on this earth for you buy a car then look no further - Dublin Honda is your answer. If you want a decent car buying experience (not a good or great one)m then do now even stop for breath at this pathetic dealership that has the WORST sales representatives ever. One guy there almost got physical with me because I tried to be a demanding BUYER and he did not like that

My experience has left me nega...

My experience has left me negatively ambitious enough to leave reviews on multiple websites so here is mine.

Based on other reviews on numerous websites, it seems that Dublin Honda, has quite the bad rap sheet. One happy customer review on many websites are consistently topped by two negative. From my experience it is possible to sell lots of cars and be completely honest while doing so. Unfortunately, this team doesn't choose to. Coming from an ex-car salesman, many dealerships will not quote you a price over the phone, but the few that do are usually the dealers willing to negotiate lower than the rest. Dublin Honda thrives by strong arming customer into lengthy sales deals (5 hours!!!!) using pressure exhaustion and technique to eventually break you down. Dublin Honda Sales Managers and Finance perform what is known as a SLAM. Adjusting paperwork to benefit the dealer although inconsistent w/ previous agreements. Customers are usually exhausted from the 5 hour process, and neglect reading the adjusted lines. Usually APR % or Term Length. Crazy!!! Usually, an E5 in the Air Force would get great treatment at a Honda dealer, but not here. Honda is a great brand; unfortunately they don't have much control of who sells their cars. Last year I purchased a new car. It took 30 minutes on the phone w/ the fleet/internet dept, then 1 hour at the dealer. And, Yes, I got way under invoice on my car. Great deal!!! The Finance guy tried to SLAM me, but I caught it and pointed out his "accidental" mistake. Do yourself a favor, call fleet/internet departments before you spend 5 hours at a dealer. If you choose to give Dublin Honda a chance at your business, reasonably demand what you are looking for! After all it is YOUR money.

FYI below is the sales team I had worked w/

Jim Bailey – The unreachable, and maybe unrespected GM.

Steve Badel – surprised he actually works in sales, with his condescending, unfriendly attitude. Probably due to the fact that I only met him post purchase.

Mark Burda – decent salesman, but probably one of the pushiest. He made me feel unreasonable the entire time, although I thought I was being unreasonable.

Chris – Great conversation!!!! Tremendously nice guy, smiling as he SLAMed.
