Not personable nor budget friendly. I even got a price hundreds more w a discount. We went w a monument company out of town due to helpfulness, kindness, willing to sit and make sure every little detail perfect for our Princess, and price. I was not in the least impressed w this company. It seemed like a factory for stones and not a place I wanted to deal w for my beloved Princess, nor any other family member.
