We had a wonderful experience with McGovern Mechanical. The owner came out on a day when the heat index was 107°. He took care of us quickly and professionally. I recommend them highly. We will definitely use them again!

this company came to my house may 2016 to fix my ac. when the repairman left, he failed to reconnect a drain line in the attic. my husband left our house at the same time the repair man did in order to run some errands. when my husband returned, water had leaked through my kitchen ceiling, instead of out the drain line. it caused $1,100 in damage, for which the company refused to make good on. when a rep from the company came to survey the damage, he said he knew someone who could fix it for $200, and then proceeded to tell my husband that it was not their fault. we had another company (Miller Brothers) inspect it, and they said that the damage was indeed caused by mcgovern mechanical failing to properly reconnect the drain. we have contacted the company multiple times, through the american homebuyers protection association, through our homeowners insurance company USAA, and through the BBB. they refuse to do the right thing and take responsibility for the damages they caused. and, to top it off, they did not successfully fix our ac--we had to have a 2nd company come out in order to do that! they said that mcgovern mechanical overfilled our ac unit with freon, and we were lucky it had not exploded!
