Sutter Landscape & Irrigation

I contacted Sutter Irrigation for a sprinkler installation. Will Sutter was super nice and gave us a great bid. I used him due to the ratings he has received. What should have taken 2 weeks ended up taking almost 4 months; no shows, excuses, sick, no parts, sick (a lot) etc. He was such a nice guy that I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Once installed, we had multiple problems with the system; multiple leaking valves, leaking heads, big puddles, lots of debris in heads, etc. He came and fixed it all, but then the problems continued. As part of his service, once all was finally working, he said he would come back to tweak heads if areas were not getting water. After working with him over 4 months (which was WAY too long to get the job done) he quit returning my calls and texts. I could not believe it. I think this guy has way too many personal problems to do his job. Now we have sections that don't work, heads that still need tweaking, etc. - so will have to pay another company to fix.
