Sutter Landscape & Irrigation

We had several things done by Sutter Landscape, but we were absolutely most impressed with our stone patio. Will and his guys came out and bid our project and we were already happy. After they were finished with the front yard, we decided to have them do a 1200 sq. ft. patio in the back yard. Once again, we were happy with what we heard. His price was $8000.00 less than our LOWEST bid. Suspicious (sorry Will) we did a background check on him and his company. After intense review, he has an A+ history every where we checked.

Here's where it really gets good!!!! When he bid the patio, the slope was so slight that he didn't take that into consideration. By the time they were finished, the patio went from 6 inches deep to 3 feet deep and needing to steps down. He had to get an extra ton and a half of stone and 2 dump truck loads of road base to keep it level all the way across. * * * NOT ONLY DID HE NOT CHARGE ME ANY ADDITIONAL LABOR, HE DIDN'T SO MUCH AS ASK ME FOR AN EXTRA PENNY TOWARDS THE EXTRA MATERIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I FLAT COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. I WAS SO NERVOUS THERE WAS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM BUT HE SAID " It was my over sight and I have never raised a price in 14 years of business". O-M-G- I TOLD MY NEIGHBORS, FRIENDS, FAMILY, PEOPLE WALKING BY AND ANYONE THAT WOULD LISTEN. IN THE END I INSISTED (and it took alot of insisting!) THAT HE TAKE AN ADDITIONAL $1500.00. I KNOW (My Husband and I agree) IT HAD TO HAVE INCREASED THE JOB $5500.00 OR MORE AND HE NEVER SAID A WORD AND NEVER HAD A FROWN.

If you are like me, you've been through your share of unreliable, inconsiderate contractors. NOTHING I HATE MORE!!! Sutter Landscape (Will) and his guys are NOT like that! Will told me he was coming to give me an estimate at 10am on a Saturday morning. Well, he actually got here at 9:45am. I was impressed. I called for two other bids and guess what, one loser never showed and the other guy acted like he was doing me a favor by OVER PRICING his work. Needless to say, we went with Sutter Landscape and have been HAPPY HAPPY ever since.

If there is a problem, they are quick to respond and our yard won "YARD OF THE MONTH" in Shady Hollow due to Sutter's work.

Amazing company finished project on time! Will Sutter is very polite and professional, and knows his stuff! USE THIS COMPANY!!

I don't usually take time to write reviews,good or bad, but these guys need credit!! We had Sutter Landscape (Will & Associates) Install a sprinkler system, 12 pallets sod, and landscaping. We had 3 other bids and these guys beat them huge. The price was so great we were skeptics. We called around (BBB, TCEQ, others) and they came back golden so we went with them. WE COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER!!!! Not sure how they made money and don't care!! USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR NEXT PROJECT!! YOU WILL BE HAPPY!!
