He walked our roof, noted some of the particularly tricky spots and got the insurance company to see them! His crew came out and started and when they found rotten decking, they replaced it and kept on going. They continuously cleaned up so I didn't have nails, roofing scraps, etc laying around my yard. They even recaulked and spray painted all of my vents. I don't know if this is "standard" procedure but I REALLY appreciated what I perceived as an extra effort to take care of my roof as if it were their own. When I went up on the roof to inspect, Charlie didn't blink but helped me up the ladder and showed me where they had replaced the decking and why as well as gave me pointers about what I needed to do on my chimney. I was worried that they would have bent my gutters but the gutters didn't even have a scratch on them! I will be recommending Eagle USA Roofing and Charlie Smith to everyone I know!
