I had taken my Honda in and the code read as bad catalytic converter-a very expensive fix because of the censors, around $1,200. But Monica (the most kind, genuine, and professional receptionist) told me that before I buy all new catalytic converter censors that we should try an additive and or cleaner to see if that would fix the problem. When I asked for a quote I was given a quote for 2 quarts of both the additive, and cleaner- which I was more than okay with-rather than replacing the whole thing. But when I came back to pick up my car, the total on my quote was less. They only used 1 quart of cleaner, so Monica went back and revised my total to the lesser amount I was quoted. I feel like that small act of honesty goes such a long way now days. Especially because I already approved the amount I was quoted with my credit card. They even asked me if I would like a ride back to work or home while I waited for the repair work! All the associates were kind and professional. I would definately recommend them to any friends and family I know!

Jake's Auto is outstanding for automotive repairs. Monica, the receptionist, is very friendly and worked to understand our needs as customers. They kept us informed and asked us our financial limitations before performing any additional needed repairs. Though my car's issue was quite unique and we had previously paid another shop over $1,000 without having the problem resolved, Jake's was able to find and fix what was wrong.
