Very disappointed. I was excited to have this service at my place of employment, as it is super convenient to just bring my stuff in to work, drop it off, and pick it up a week later. I was even fine with it taking a week or two, as it often did, I was just happy with the convenience. I quickly learned though that they don't always pick up on the days they promise. They committed to coming Mondays and Thursdays; here it is Friday and my shirt that I dropped off earlier this week is still sitting there. Super disappointing and frustrating. To make matters worse, I called in and the man I spoke with showed no empathy for my situation. Only gave me excuses that didn't make sense; "Well, if it's only one shirt it's not worth my time." He ended up hanging up on me. I immediately recommended to my company that we no longer use this service and the individual I spoke to here said I'm not the first to complain. I'm sure they will soon lose our company's business and they don't seem to care.

Recently I had a spur of the moment business trip I had to take and was trying to find a cleaners that could do my cleaning the same day. Some could do the shirts, but not the suits and some the other way around. When I called Dry Cleaning Superstore they said they could have it all done by 5:00pm the same day. I dropped it off there and planned on returning at 5:00 to pick it up. It ended up that I was running behind and wasn't sure how I would be able to prepare for my meeting, pick up my dry cleaning and get to the airport on time. I called Dry Cleaning Superstore in a panic and they arranged to have my clothing delivered to my home all the way across town. Not only did they get it to me by 5:00, they had folded and bagged it for me so I could just drop it into my suitcase and there was NO EXTRA CHARGE! I was so surprised and pleased at how they had gone above and beyond my expectations. It allowed me to focus on my business meeting.

Provided by SuperpagesTerrible. Lost my clothes. Wouldn't replace them. Rude and terrible customer service. Do not take your clothes there. May seem appealing bc it is cheap, but its so not worth it!
