Box It

Bought the only large package of packing paper in store, but paid for three to get quantity discount. Store left message to remind me to pick up other two packs -- I returned the call and told them I no longer needed the other two packs and to credit my VISA. Told I would get a call back. Stopped in store a few days later to make sure my card had been credited and was told there was a no return policy. (Referred to fine print on receipt.) Never told at time of purchase or on my call to them about this policy. When I commented that I never had the merchandise to return, was told they "weren't set up to do returns". DON'T BUY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN YOU WON'T NEED TO RETURN.
