Singer Service Center

What a pleasant experience from the first phone call to the repair( which was done while I waited). I would recommend this business to anyone needing help with a sewing machine. Fantastic!

Positively phenomenal service. I was given their phone number by Singer International and was surprised when a human answered on the first ring- I thought I'd called the wrong number! The gentleman (Bob) was on the road but gave me a number I could call for immediate service (Lidia)- and what amazing service! She waited while I set up the machine and walked me through troubleshooting first, to make sure I needed the part I called to order. That's unheard of! Anyone else would've snatched up the sale, no questions asked. We had a delightful chat while she placed my order, it was like an old friend (definitely a new one by the end of the call!), my order arrived VERY quickly, delicately packaged in perfect condition, and works flawlessly. I couldn't be happier. Highly, highly recommended!

I accidentally donated a foot pedal and power cord to Goodwill that was for my Singer machine. I contacted Singer when I was unable to locate the foot control and power cord and they gave me about 4 Service Centers to contact. The first one I called was this one in Downey. Bob was so polite and helpful and he had what I needed in stock. I placed the order Wed. Afternoon and the package arrived Friday morning and I am happily sewing again. If I ever need anything else for my singer, I will contact this Center. Thank you Bob for such great service.
