I completely disagree with the negative review below about Lilian. I have found that she is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and works for our needs.

Hoag Memorial is REALLY Insensitive and they DON'T care about their Tenants. Lilian Pineda just look after the owners and she takes the tenants money with no consideration of their needs.

Lived here for 20 years and hated they don't respond to complaint unless you gather signatures to be heard its ridiculous. Glad I moved out

I am very happy where I live. I have been a tenant of Hoag Property Management for 12 years. My apartment was very clean and in great condition when I first moved in and still is today. All my concerns are always taken care of. The managers are always nice and professional so I remain satisfied with the overall quality of service.

I've let Hoag manage my property for 13 years. They've done many more maintenance improvements then expected, fixing problems with the buildings. I think they should just keep doing what they are doing and they'll continue to be great.
