The BEST Agency I have used for my Grandmother who has Dementia and Diabetes. She had several caregivers before we hired A Gold Coast Agency, but my grandmother has been in the best hands thanks to A Gold Coast Agency. The owner, Eva Pulczynska, evaluated our needs in a very professional manner, and in a very short time prepared an interview with qualified, honest and experienced caregivers. Every candidate had long-term experience and it was extremely difficult to choose one. Eva also provided us with a caregiver for the weekends, and both ladies became like family. I am relieved that we don’t have to worry about our grandmother. It’s nice knowing she is well taken care of. Both ladies do a great job of keeping her mobile and active, and take her on walks if the weather permits. Because she has progressive Dementia we were worried that she would forget to take her medication, but thanks to our caregivers we don’t have to worry that she’ll forget or take too many.

worst, absolute worst agency ever. i feel like this place is a scam, for the workers to use and abuse their patients. totally feared for my grandparents lives while under the care of this agency. eva did not care, called us crazy. they hire taxi drivers. they are not qualified. just ask they arent cna they are companions. it ridiculous.. left stove on more than once, left them unattended more than 10 times. tried to feed them plastic, literally cooked food in plastic he didnt realize it, when i pointed it out.. he tried to cut it off and cook it some more to serve it to them. i had to throw it away. i am afraid what could have happen if i didnt see it, and what did happen that we dont know about. save yourself the trouble go somewhere else. i am a nurse i know a crooked company with horrible caretakers when i see one,
