Took in an abandoned litter of 4 kittens and started having some bathroom issues with one a week later...on Sunday of course...I called Valley View to try to have the little one seen because they advertise "weekend emergencies" and willing to pay whatever ridiculous amount they wanted to charge to avoid taking the kitten to a Canton ER (a trip that would be way too hard on it), but they refused because I am not already a client...and now NEVER will be one. Quite heartless if you ask me to turn away a week old kitten who has otherwise thrived but just needed a little help. So much for attracting new clients or claiming to be "compassionate" animal loving people!

I had a sick foal with very bad diarrhea. They took excellent care of her and got her back to health very quickly. I highly recommend Valley View. Exceptional staff and veterinarians.

Overall

We just brought our dog home from this veterinary hospital. The vets were wonderful with my dog and even came in to check on her on their days off. Sadie was at their facility for 6 days and got very good care. She is doing much better and has some of her old spunk back. The technicians hand fed her while she was there and she got excited when they came into the room during our visits with her. We were allowed to visit her anytime we wanted, they were all very concerned and accommodating. Even the staff at the front desk began to recognize us when we went in to visit. Our bill for this excellent care was very reasonable and fair for all that they had done. We are very satisfied with the compassionate care given not only to our dog, but also to the entire family during this time. I would highly recommend these vets and veterinary hospital.

Overall

Horrible bed side service. The vet insisted on a cancer diagnosis and wanted to do the most evasive, expensive diagnostics available. Referred to my pet as an "it", and "thing" several times. Called her by the wrong name and gender even after I corrected him. I suggested a less evasive (and cheaper) procedure which the doctor agreed was just as acceptable and accurate, and the diagnosis was arthritis and infection. I will never take my pet to this place again and advise everyone reading this not to either.

Overall

We took our dog in because she was not eating and was dehydrated and losing weight. The vet insisted on keeping her over night and running bloodwork and stool sample tests on her... 4 nights later (they INSISTED on keeping her) they tell us she most likely has lymphoma cancer but couldn't be sure because he couldn't tell from the blood samples alone nor the xrays he took (yeah right!). So he recommended us to let him do a surgery that would 'find' any cancer. We said no and we told him we were considering putting our dog down since we researched lymphoma cancer and it says most dogs only live 4-6 weeks. So he all the sudden said "Oh no! Don't do that just yet, let me keep running tests." ...so later on that day he called and said they found worms in her stool. WORMS! They kept our dog for 5 days and tried getting us to run very expensive cancer tests known to mankind on our dog when all she had was WORMS! Guess what... our bill was $1050.00 ....and all our dog had was worms. Do NOT take your animal to this shady, rip-off clinic!

Was to microchip my cat for international travel, used the wrong chip and blamed me for their mistake. Linda was very rude and not willing to work with me to reimburse my money. Thanks to their mistake my cat needs another microchip and can not travel for another 21 days.
