Harold's Feed & Pet Supply

Had a great experience with my first visit to Harold's Pet and Feed Supply. My daughter and I were greeted at the door after less than 2 minutes of walking in, asked if we needed any help and the customer service rep walked us to the location of where the puppy food was located on the shelf. Another agent also came over and offered advise on how much to feed the puppy based on its weight/age. I was also very satisfied when they advised us that we could buy their shots kits right there in the store and bring the puppy back for their clinics.



This is our first puppy in over 15 years and I am so happy that the breeder recommended coming to this location to pick up the food. We will be coming back often. Thank you!!!

I bought 2 bags of guinea pig food the young lady who took care of me charge me a certain price I told her that was the wrong price she told me know that is the right price and at the same time they put the merchandise in my truck the owner realized that she gave me the wrong price and she any had them go out and take the merchandise out of my truck and I was more than willing to make up the difference which I was telling her she was wrong they were more than happy to charge me the difference and at the end I ended up looking for the bags of food that really blew my mind I will not be going back to the store ever from the get go I told them they were wrong on the price customer service really stinks
