Very poor customer service , and willingness to take the extra step to satisfy the customer, instead of giving my child a pill to tie him over till next day they choose to pass the prescription to cvs, even though son prescription was ready at another walgreens on chapel hill rd.

Willingly searched database for request, asked questions, found that they did not have it in stock but was willing to order for me. No other store called came anywhere near the customer service attitude exhibited by the person who answered my call the evening og 6/13/08at 9:00 PM. I plan give them my call in and walk in business in the future.
