        The customer service sucks. I have been waiting almost 12 days to have microwave installed. I have spoken to store manager's Scott and Nick. No help from them either. Stay away from all Home Depot, especially the one in Douglasville Ga.

        Great service even when you check out close to closing, which is what we did and the staff still asked if we needed help. The selection is massive, so you will find what you need there with no problems.

        We visit this location often, it's the closest to our home. My recent visit was to rent a carpet/upholstery cleaner. This location has a great selection of cleaners and very helpful staff. They offer flexible rentals at a reasonable price. If you are ok with DIY instead of hiring professionals then check out Home Depot's DIY rentals.
