OMI Diagnostics

I was referred by my doc because I am claustrophobic and told they were open MRI provider. When I got there I waited in hot waiting room an hour or more. Then when called back was told blatantly to undress no smile no anything. So, this was fine, however when taken to get the MRI the guy didn't talk. Said lay down. It was closed. Just like a regular MRI machine. No open sides. Went from my head to my ankle. Never again. He was rude and said that it was open. I said it's not open. Maybe it is a partially open? But when I looked it up I realized, no, it isn't partially, it is open it is Closed. I asked him if he would get me if I needed out. He just handed me a "panic button" and said push this. That was it. If u r claustrophobic you know it always helps to have a reassuring MRI specialist. But he was so dry. So rude. I just said, I can't of thru with it. He rolled his eyes and said no problem and that was it. Never ever again will I use northside formally known as omni diagnostics! I may as well went to a closed on

During a unexpected visit with Dr Ford I was sent to OMI for a Friday evening stat u/s and I must say very caring professional . Highly recommend this office
