I created an account so I could leave a review. I have also left a review on google and the BBB because I don't think businesses should be able to be so rude to their customers.


I am leaving a 1 star review because I was chased out of this store by a very aggressive woman who works here. In my opinion I would treat my customers with respect - not with an aggressive, rude attitude. She was on the phone and also being rude to the person on the phone

I have had 4 vehicles wired with trailer brake systems (installed here) all of the same exact vehicles (it's a fleet) and all with the same exact system. I went back today because I needed to purchase some parts for the trailers and I was having problems with one of the trailers lights were not coming on when we plug in into one of the trucks. The trailer lights works with all the trucks except for one. So I assume it the wiring for that one truck. She told me rudely that it wasn't under warranty. First of all, I wasn't trying to get warranty work done - I just needed it fixed. But then she pulls up the record and finds that it is under warranty and then tells me that the customer specifically asked for there not to be a power axillary wire be pulled for this truck. I would not have wired one truck differently. As she starts getting louder and more aggressive I tell her that she is being rude and she points to the door and tells me to leave.

I was traveling through on my way to Florida when I noticed my trailer had smoke coming from the back. I pulled over and had some serious brake issues. The guy at the gas station and a customer their recommended New Horizons. I called them up and explained my situation and they worked me right in. The customer service was excellent and the work they did...GREAT. They also told went over basic up keep on my trailer, things I didn't have a clue about. Steven was great to deal with and the office girl, Jennifer was so nice, she knows her stuff about trailers too. I was impressed!
