That's what the guests were saying, The food was OUTRAGEOUS! Extremely good, plenty of it! The center-cut pork chops were amazing, you could (and I did) cut them with a plastic knife. Potatoes were incredible. I 'worked' the room all night and heard nothing but praise and oohs & ahhs! People were making multiple visits to the buffet line and yet I still had plenty left for the after-party. Thank you for a memorable feast!

I had to take the time to rate this wonderful catering company. TJ and his staff go over and beyond your expectations. He's very personable. It's hard to find someone that will actually talk to you these days. Everything is usually sent via email and you're lucking to get to talk to a "real" person. My company runs a technology training class every couple of weeks in the Atlanta area. Last year we moved from the NE corner of Atlanta to the SE area. The caterer that we had at the time did not service our new location so I went shopping. After many phone calls and a raised frustration level, I came across Diversified Catering at which point loosing our previous caterer turned into a blessing.



As you can read in the many 5 star reviews, Chef TJ’s service and food are second to none. However, what we are most impressed with is how easy Chef TJ is to work with. Once I made the initial contact, his enthusiasm and professionalism astounded me. Most contacts we made before Chef TJ made us feel like they were doing us a favor by talking with us. Chef TJ made us feel like we were his most important customer even though by job comparison, we are small potatoes. He checks with us on a weekly basis to see how things are and makes adjustments to our menus without hesitation.

I have worked in Atlanta for 17 years.Last year It was my job to plan the office party.My girlfriend recommended Chef T.J.(Diversified Catering).I decided to call.Chef T.J. promptly faxed me over a menu,and walked me through the whole thing.It was so easy. I have been using TJ at Diversified catering for over 10 years. This guy has talent. He has done everyhting from an easter picnic to an elegant dinner. The food has always been fantastic. For a catering company, Diversified can put a lot of restuarants to shame. All the food is made from scratch. I have tried many dishes from Prime Rib and Lobster tail to burgers and chicken sandwiches. I have never been disappointed. The staff is very professional and courteous. When I am Planning a party Diversified is the first company that I call.

I must apologize for taking so long to post this as I never know where the time goes. I had Chef Tj and his staff which consisted of Lori, Brandi and a gentleman named Jason work as our staff right along side with Chef Tj. I cannot express my gratitude enough about the food which was fabulous and the manner in which his staff treated me. They would not allow me to do anything but sit and enjoy. We were served stuffed mushrooms,meatballs,shrimp and many other items which were mouth watering. I must say this was the utmost best experience I have encountered from a catering company.

I will call this Co again when I have an event. This was our Christmas party which turned out to be the best party yet. I had the pleasure of having Chef Tj and his wonderful staff cater a party done at my home for Valentines Day. All I gave to say is that he will be the only caterer I will continue to use on a regular basis. We have hosted numerous parties and this was the best food I have been served. The filet he served was melt in your mouth delicious. The staff was outstanding. I never had to lift a finger the entire evening. My kitchen was left in better condition then before they arrived. I have always been treated wonderfully.The food is exceptional for all my events. Tj and his staff caterer to my every need at all times. I never have to lift a finger, that is what makes it so nice, I can count on them and never have to worry about a thing as I know it will be perfect.Chef Tj sets the benchmark for all caterers I have had in the past. What can I say the food was absolutely fantastic! The Prime Rib with fresh horseradish just melt's in your mouth.(believe me) Can't honestly say I've enjoyed such "mouth watering" food at any of the "nicer" restaurant's as I did with Diversified Catering! Not to mention the service was excellent!!! Listed under Favorites in my phone directory. :)

TJ and the staff @ Diversified Catering was outstanding. We are a large Dealership of Autonation Team Chrysler,Jeep and Diversified did our Thanksgiving lunching for the employess and everyone was impressed with the services provided. TJ is the best at what he does. You can't go wrong with Diversified Catering.

Chef T.J.'s visit to our home was a gift from friends for my mother's 79th birthday. Chef T.J. was great on coordination, communication and follow-through. He was prompt, delightful and served delicious dinners of our individual choosing--the only constraints were due to the size of our "party": 3 people! Chef T.J. said he is more accustomed to serving hundreds. We found it unusual and praiseworthy that the owner would cater this small affair himself, clean the kitchen, load the dishwasher and leave the sink as he found it...dry.



We recommend him highly.
