Central Baptist Church

Not sure if the other reviewer actually send their child to this program, because this is the best program in the area. I have had two children attend prek in the program and they both are in pc classes and well ahead of their classmates. The teachers are amazing and will do anything needed to teach their students. Mrs. Johnston is hands down the most caring, helpful and woman of God I know. If you want the best Prek experience take them to Mrs. Brittany. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!!

I would never recommend this place for any child. I sent my child here for pre-k and later found that that the teahers were not certified. A background check is great but lacks something if they cannot spell and are teaching children nothing, they are simply glorified babysitters! They also allow bullying and the director, Ms. Johnson is horrific and under qualified for the job in my opinion (she is part-time and I do not believe she has a degree or certification either- unbelievable). She told me I was lying and that she did not like my "verbage" (her words) when I told her that there was a school bully "and that my daughter had received scratches, abrasions, a black eye, etc. from this child. I went over her and they did nothing but allow the bully to continue and my child return for graduation where they continued to treat us poorly. They did not even reprimand Ms. Johnson for speaking with me this way or the teacher for not intervening when I told her what was going on (and was she blind, or talking on her cell? How could she not see, there were only 8 in the class with a teacher and a helper- that should have tipped me off that not many were taking their kids here). They were in my opinion so under educated they did not know there could be bullies at a young age, they thought it was normal kid behavior I suppose. Luckily ,my child now attends a private school where she tested well above average no thanks to these people and her current school allows NO BULLYING and is aware that it can occur at any age.
