        The WORST treatment of my life. My mom left her cigarette pack and traveling ash tray that has a lid in the room. We left to eat, since there wasn't even coffee or eggs left in the , "hot breakfast" included. We came back to our room and the General Manage Lisa was being agressive to my 65 year old mother accusing her of smoking in the room , evicted us , called the cops and charged my card for $ 607.89 for a ONE NIGHT STAY.

        This is Extortion !!

        Corporate was not accompdating and chose nor to get involved. The only person who helped us was the town Cop who told us to never stay at this hotel since they are the only hotel that law enforcement gets calls from. He rocommended the Best Western and stayed by our side till we were safely in our car.

        If you'd like to enjoy your relaxing vacation in a small town this is not the place to stay. We went home to Chicago in less than 24 hours because I felt victimized by their hotel staff.
