Smith Maxell & Sons Roofing Co

This company inspected our roof three times. The first two times they checked after severe storms for free. The third time they surprised us with a bill. When I asked why now, he said that he has never been to our house before and accused my wife of lying about coming prior. I wouldn't have minded paying the bill if we were informed AND they weren't making rude comments. Very unprofessional.
