Hope you never ever have an accident with an Acceptance policy holder and they are at fault. We have been fighting a battle for over a month now where an Acceptance Policy holder's unlicensed son hit my car. We can never seem to reach the person we need to speak with - they are either out of the office, their voicemail box is full or a host of other reasons. Not sure where the glowing business profile on this site came from, but I sure don't give them glowing recommendations. The office staff at the local office in Douglas have been very helpful, but our issues and problems come from the corporate office. We have already been in touch with the State of Georgia's Insurance Commissioner's Office about the inconsistencies with which they have attempted to handle this claim, and we most likely will be in touch with them again tomorrow as we have left messages for two days and no one has returned our calls. Stay away from Acceptance!
