T MOBILE -Most retail sellers allow a customer to return purchased merchandise within a reasonable time for full refund or credit, or for equal exchange. In fact, these refund policies are so common that customers have come to expect them when retail sellers do not post notice to the contrary. T MOBILE in Dothan does not post a refund policies in their Dothan store for their customers to see or its in fine print somewhere. T MOBILE doesnt provide customers with a conspicuously display of its return policy. If a retail seller is should post conspicuously display its return policy, the policy should be on signs posted at each cash register and sales counter or at each public entrance, or on tags attached to each item sold under the policy. This display and the sale men should be upfront state the retail seller's policy and have the customer sign off on it. T- mobile in its Dothan store the sale men will not give their name or give you their supervisor number if you have a problem. The employee took my receipt without my permission .The employee wouldnt give me his name or supervisors name and number. I didnt receive a refund or my receipt back. . I am also mad that the price was changed from 599 to 629 at the checkout . The employee had no right to activate the sims card and charge me for it without informing me that I be charge for service or changing the price from 599 to 629 for the phone. T Moble need to straight up with it customers it the right thing to do. T- mobile needs to post and inform customers about their policies in their store .Employees should give their full names when ask .Their supervisor name should be given if asked . Posting in stores of the manager name and number if needed. The phone I had problems with the volume . I was told by the sale men that I couldnt exchange the phone that none was in stock. I ask T Mobile check into his story that none was in stock . He ran a return when I believe he could of fixed the problem with a exchange . He was very unhelpful and mad because I feel of his loss commission. I was charge a restocking fee that I feel is wrong. I feel if I Had a more helpful employee or was able to talk with someone else this letter would not be written. I would like to have been a happy customer. I talk with Jennifer the store manager who was nice over the phone and in person .The sale men wouldnt give his name or let me talk with Jennifer who I believe could of help me. I believe T MOBILE would have been a good fit for me but was unable to get my problem resolved or try to even take the time out to work with my phone. I even offered to take back the phone that was sold to me on one condition that they guaranteed it that it works fine and show me how to improve the volume and make it stay up. I bent over backwards to work this out and believe that if the sale men was more helpful knew more about the phones they are selling spend more time with the customer .T- mobile needs to have customers sign off that the sale person was helpful and that they understand their phone and their plan this would be helpful for T- MOBILE and their customers. STORE 5866 DOTHAN 2113 ROSS CLARK CIRCLE DOTHAN AL 36303 I dont want the sale men fired better trained more helpful and have them take the time out to put people phone number in their area code if the live outside of Dothan. No one wants a different area code outside the area they live in.
