        Overall

        I talked with Rose there today about availability and pricing. Bad experience. And it's a shame, because my experiences with them in the past had always been positive. And I've gotten sod from them more than a couple dozen times over the course of 20 years. No point in going into details, but Rose had a strange egocentric attitude from the beginning of our conversation. She didn't sound happy to be talking with me or to be at work. I'm leaving two stars because I met the owner during one sod pickup I did a few years ago and he seemed like a really nice guy. Too bad the service has gone down hill.
