I brought my car in to get the REAR PASSENGER SIDE tire repaired. When I picked my car up, the radio and navigation had been reset. I went back in and asked why and he said "your battery must've died". There was nothing wrong with my battery before bringing it to this place. When I told them that, he said there's nothing he can do and I would have to go to the dealer to get it reset. Eventually I was able to reset it and I left, still wondering why they would've gone under my hood when I only needed a tire repaired. The next morning when I went to start my car with the automatic starter, it wasn't working! I called and brought it back and they continued insisting that "this type of thing happens". Even though I have NEVER had any kind of problem with my battery or starter! Now they're telling me they don't work on starters so they're not going to help. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! You'll leave with more problems then you came in with!!
