Educating our students on the importance of physical autonomy by bringing cardio, strength, flexibility, balance & coordination across all our aerial, suspension training and mobility programs in order to live a life without pain or limitations. We bring a semi-private practice where we are able to dedicate time to each and every individual. All we ask is that you show up, physically, mentally and most importantly never give up. Some of our programs are AntiGravity Suspension Fitness, Aerial Yoga Program, TRX, ONNIT Suspension Training and Steel Mace Excercises, Acro-Yoga and monthly workshops and events. Anti-Gravity Fitness. It is a form of Aerial Yoga based on a movement art form that is meant to inspire fitness. AntiGravity Fitness is recognized by: The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a CE Provider. It is also the only aerial yoga program that is certified by the governing bodies of America and the EU. Suspension Training Program (TRX & ONNIT Academy) Suspension training exercise that uses gravity and your body weight to give you hundreds of exercises that can enhance your strength, conditioning, and agility like no other tool available. Steel Mace Specialist: Originally developed by the ancient Persian warrior elite, the Gada (heavy mace) style of training was directly applicable to real world combat and wrestling applications.
