Be careful with each financial person (RED LIGTH), don't believe in them, especially Rey Padron and Leo Vera (Financial Manager), they are friendly with you and smiling all the time, but they are sharks with sharps teeth. Check all document and numbers before sign any paper. BE CAREFUL, remember they don't care you, they only want to SALES. Check warranties and services because they want to sale you many things that you don't need it...DONT BELIEVE IN THEM....They put the fake prices in internet, false advertising is illegal. They try to sell you a car to a much higher price. Check the papers very well before sign any document.

I recently bought a car at Ocean Mazda and I had a wonderful experience!! Starting with Javier Hernandez he is the Internet Manager, he helped me thru the process hassle free. From the first e-mail to the finalization of the sale he is the ideal of "Customer Service". I am very pleased with the service of the salesman Jorge Vazquez as well. They both gave me a different experience in buying my new car one that was worry-free. I recommend this dealership to anyone that desires the best customer service in Miami!!! Go today and speak to Javier he will give you not only the best service but the best price in town.

These people are thieves!!!! I was told a lease special from Mazda website is impossible, shame on me I trusted them. I gave a "reimbursable deposit" for them to pick up a car. Found same car for $1,750 less in Lehman Mazda, the special on the website was totally true, but they did not give me my deposit back.

Very upset with the manager "Mauricio", don't let you trick you, try other dealer.

Ocean Mazda is the worst place to buy or fix a car. The second to last time I went there, they told me that my 2005 Mazda 3 and its tires were in good condition even though my car was making a lot of noise. Every time I went for an oil change, I would always ask them to check to see whether everything was fine with the car. They would always tell me that I didn't need anything.

The last time I went, they took away the lifetime warranty on my tires because they said that I didn't bother to do the alignment which, mind you, they never even mentioned when I asked them to check the car on previous visits. After this, I went to Mazda South Motor, and they changed the tires because they were uneven due to the lack of alignment. They found vibrations in the steering wheel and carbon deposits and #3 motor mount leaking among other things which had accumulated over a prolonged period of time. All this totaled to $1,252.87. Now that I'm driving it, it now feels new. Thanks to Mario Pavon, the mechanics in South Motors, and the manager for having such great workers. In short, don't go to Ocean Mazda, but South Motors is an excellent place to get everything done.

My friend try to buy a car cause her car is five speed and she has problems with her leg and Mr. Oscar the manager told her to go get a cast on the leg with bad manners and keep driving the five speed car. Bad dealer
