I traded a car with them and I was suposed to get $4000 back from my car, they never gave it to me, and after 3 weeks just ignore my calls, bunch or thieves!!!!

Stay away from this place unless you want to be ripped off. Came here recommended by a "friend" who works here. They looked kind, helpful, and very professional at first but once you buy a car they don't even know who you are. This people sell cars purchased on an auction that in many many cases come with hidden issues that you can't notice right away and when you bring it for service they say that the problems the car has were not on file at the time of purchase. They never document the real problems of the cars and just sell them like that to save money. My car was involved in an accident and had some internal problems that I couldn't notice until 2 days after; Youdel Martinez the Service Advisor or Manager, who by the way was very rude, answered: "You did it, not us because I don't see any issue on the report that we issued after inspection." I don't understand how is it possible for a car to have such a major internal problem caused by an accident and the exterior(the body) is intact. Simple, they covered the mess to have it look ok. The 30 days warranty policy is not honored at all. Watch out.

I have been told to go here to get myself a car, even if its a used one. I also seen this on AutoTrader. The place was great. Showroom was nice and they even have WIFI. Found this Lexus ES 2011 car which I wanted to have before. One of their staff I talked to was really knowledgeable and friendly. His name was Jose and he talks like a professional. Got a deal with him and later that day I got my car. The price was for it was just right for my budget. I'm grateful to have done business with them.

Got word of this place when I searched for used cars on sale and I have passed this place a few times so I decided to take a look. I got my eyes on one of the cars they had and talked with Danny. He was really nice and knowledgeable. Told me some details about the car as well as giving some advice about car maintenance. We struck a deal and got the car.



I am impressed with their fast service. They are also reliable and the car was at a good price as well. They go the extra mile by giving me some car maintenance tips and then giving me a number I can call in case I encounter a few issues with the car. A well-deserved perfect rating for these dudes.
