I called and spoke with Shannon and she was great! She looked thru her inventory and didn't have what I needed, however, she gave me a couple of leads as to where I might be able to find the tools I needed. She came through for me and I was able to find what I needed at a great price!!

Found some old dented sun beaten parts and quoted unreasonable price so I negotiated as previously with owner. Manager ranted that local people want things for nothing, he would rather do business on internet. Local people are not rich but hard working for living, like him. Ranted about taking Tom out of red and not again for anyone. I do not recommend to locals. USE THE INTERNET. That's what he does.

Tom helped us with Jeep seats with no heads up notice at all. The condition of the seats was good, they both work (electric). He and his staff went out of their way to be of assistance. I highly recommend them!!

Hello there,got on the internets about a month ago and ordered a tailgate for a 1980 jeep cherokee larado,auto and V8.

I sent a money order for $165.00 dollars($125.00 for tailgate,$40.00 for shipping)to Blacks Auto Salvage,1430 E. Thorpe Rd.,Dona Ana N.M..Susie sent the tailgate DHL and gave me a tracking number.......?????.....????DHL said they lost my tailgate on October 16th,now will Blacks Auto Salvage sent me another tailgate for my jeep?...I dont know they keep talkin about DHL will find it,well after a month all I want is a tailgate or my money back...Blacks Auto Salvage took my money and has not delivered a tailgate to my address in over a Month.
