Apparently underfunded! They drive their equipment such as backhoes, etc., down the highway without any regard to anyone else on the road! Apparently they don't have trailers. Doesn't matter if it is 30 miles, they drive it. They wont pull over for people to get by. Then all it takes is a few incompetent drivers not passing to create a mile long traffic jam. They will not pull off the road to let people by. This morning stuck behind them for 25 minutes going 20 miles an hour. Keep your junk off the road. Pull it on a trailer like all there equipment operators. If you get people behind you, pull over like the farmers do and let them pass. I know you are working hourly and want to waste time, but the rest of us are on schedules and have places to be at certain times. Like work by 8AM!
