Today's Vision

This place has provided me with the worst service I have ever received from a Dr's office. After realizing that the contacts I left there with hurt, I have called no less than 6 times trying to get the issue resolved. They have never returned my calls after I paid 160.00 for lenses. I have called several times in an attempt to cancel the order and change the order to my old lens brand. I can not go elsewhere because the 160.00 my insurance pays for lenses is tied up with this office. My eyes have been killing me for 2 weeks now. I have expressed my dissatisfaction with them in an attempt to rectify the issue and get relief for my eyes. They still won't return my calls. I just called again and they are looking into it. We shall see what comes of this. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The Dr. did seem very nice so it's a shame her staff can't conduct their business better.
