DO NOT go here For any type of warranty service. They will not follow basic instructions by customer to call the warranty company beforehand for their steps to be able to be reimbursed for diagnostic time. IF YOU DEPEND ON THEIR EXPERTISE BE PREPARED TO PAY OUT OF POCKET NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY YOU THINK YOU HAVE.

Called to see if they could perform a Diagnostic check due to a service engine light. was told to be there by 430pm. I arrived a little after 430. The perosn that came out said I need a oil change, and did I want an oil change. I told him I did not need a oil change. Then he siad he did not have anyone to perform the diagnostic test.(But he had someone to change oil) I have purchased tires and had repair work there before. But will not go back again.

The best costumer service on the Mississippi gulf coast because the owner and his wife run the show everyday to make sure there employees are getting the best service possible, not too mention mr. Jimmy Taylor has been in the automotive reapair business and tire sales most if not all of his life!! And I also believe if you head to this addvice you will be veery happy!!
