American Martial Art academy is a great school. My son has been attending since January and he has learned a great deal. Coach Jim is very patient with the kids works very well with them.

I started training at AMAA BJJ roughly six months ago. I wasn't sure what to expect at first since I didn't have any previous training, but that didn't make a difference at AMAA. Coach Fiore is very devoted to his team - on and off the mats. I started with the free weekly trial and was hooked. There are no gimmicks or smoke screens. You get top notch instruction the moment you walk through the door. I have a busy work schedule but AMAA has multple classes available throughout the week. The new gym is very clean with new mats and a proshop for all your BJJ wants and needs. I can't say enough about Coach Fiore. He is an amazing instructor/mentor and that is evident in his practices and life. I couldn't of made a better decision by picking this gym. Everyone is welcome and I am honored to say I train here. I highly recommend AMAA BJJ for all ages, male or female, as well as, different body types or sizes,

Professors Andre "Tim" Monteiro & Jean "Dalua" Cartagena are superb teachers, coaches, and mentors. They go above and beyond to make sure that every student receives individualized attention to ensure success & achievement. I have been a student under them for over 5 years and has been one of the most rewarding and life changing decisions that I have made. Very clean, safe, positive & encouraging environment, comfortable parent & kid area, free WIFI access, family-friendly and much more.

American Martial Art Academy BJJ has been an amazing experience for my daughter. She is part of a team and family and gets to experience personal growth. The level of attention from Jim Fiore to the group and each individual child is beyond anything I ever imagined. We've tried several extra curricular activities and none of them have compared to this program. Jim Fiore is a master of his trade. He teaches to the level of the children instead of over them.
