Red Zone

Red Zone is our go to for a great steak on Wednesdays and to get the BEST burger around. Service is always great and food is prepared as requested. A+

Crappy as usual. Tried it about a yr ago and it's still the same trashy stink hole it's always been. Too smoky to breathe and completely unsanitary. The manager appears obnoxious so no use complaining to him. Even the waitresses say they can't stand him & that's usually why they quit.

This place has become our favorite of all the local. restaurants becsause they do everything right. My usual is the catfish plate but I do have the burgers now and then. I love the sweet potato fries but my wife usually goes for the home made chips. we eat there almost weekly and have never had a bad experience.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I DIDN'T WANT LETTUCE IN MY SANDWICH & SAW THE COOK WIPING IT OFF WITH HIS DIRTY FINGERS. I TOLD THE MANAGER & HE HAD THEM START A NEW ONE. THEN THE COOK WAS PREPPING IT WITH NO GLOVES, TOUCHING HIS FACE, AND DIGGING IN HIS EAR. I TOLD THE MANAGER NEVERMIND & HE WAS A COMPLETE JERK OFF! HE TOLD MY HUSBAND, WHO HE WAS TOLD IS A MILITARY MAN, "I TOLD YOU I WOULD COMP IT...I DON'T KNOW WHAT YA'LL ARE LOOKING FOR...NOW I JUST WASTED ANOTHER PIECE OF CHICKEN." WAY TO APPRECIATE OUR SERVICE PEOPLE. WE TOLD HIM TO KEEP THE MONEY & LEFT. IF YOU ARE DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE & LACK OF RESPECT FOR OUR MILITARY, PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. WE USED TO EAT THERE ABOUT ONCE A WEEK. NOT ANYMORE!

Just had the most horrible dinner experience of my life! For all of you that LOVE the Red Zone, let me tell you what they just did to me and my friends. We had reservations for 7pm. We arrived at 6:58 with only 3 tables reserved for a party of 25 to 30 people for Vicki's bday. Some people were seated right away while other's (myself and about 6 others) stood to be seated. That's was all fine because they were busy and we understood that. We finally received a table across the restaraunt from the other party members. We waited from 7:23 until 8:50 and had only received our beverages. During the wait of all this, Landen was secured in a booster seat at a high top table which fell over and he hit his head. Yes, they owner did check on him and make sure he was ok but any restaraunt should have proper child seating. Now, after not receiving even our appetizers for almost two hours we then told our waiter that we were going to just pay for our drinks and leave. We explained to our waiter that we had been there since 7pm and that it was now 8:50 and we still had not been served when other tables had come and gone. We weren't ugly at all, just asked for our checks. The "owner" overheard us say that we had been there for two hours and then proceeded to tell ME that we were lying and that we had not been there since 7pm. I then explained to her that we were part of the bday party that was at the other side of the restaraunt (that had already been served all of their food) only for her to tell me that I was NOT part of that party. I tried to explain to her that yes we were that we had been moved because orginally there were not enough tables reserved even though we called ahead and reserved them. She then told me AGAIN that I was lying and that I was NOT part of that party but oddly enough the "birthday girl" was sitting at the table with me and was also one of the people that "cancelled" her food order. I will not go on with the rest of the story because it's long but let's just say that even after my child (a toddler) falling and hitting his head because of an unsecured chair and after waiting two hours for NO food, I was told just to get the HELL out of there. Does that sound like any place that you want to go?????
