I had a tree break apart after the wind storms two weeks ago. I called Tree Rangers, and Arthur showed up at night to do my estimate. He explained what was involved in removing the tree (it was leaning on a swing and aimed directly at my house...and one other company refused to do it), and asked if I needed anything else done. We spent about 20 minutes and he said he would take care of it. The next day, he safely removed the hazard and worked until dark. He returned the next morning to finish the job. Clean up was excellent. They fixed anything that they hit, and even helped out my neighbor. I thought the price was very fair, and he didn't attempt to drive it up with unnecessary jobs. I would hire them again.

Arthur and his Team removed two trees that needed to go. Tree Rangers were quick and had the trees and stumps removed within 24 hrs. I would use Tree Rangers again.

Arthur did an amazing and such a professional job!! I had a huge tree that fell due to the storm in my front yard. I called Tree Rangers 911 just shopping around to see who I should go with. These guys were the most reasonable with the price quote! and am so happy that I decided to go with them. Arthur and his team came to remove and clean the yard and did an exceptional job. I was very happy with their service and would definitely recommend and use their service in the future!!!

Tree Ranger did a great job for me, they were prompt to give an estimate and did everything they promised (cutting, trimmimg, stump removal...). They cleaned up well too. To make it more, their price is unbeatable. Give them a call 313-600-9055, you will not disappointed.

Don't waste your money on this company. I called them to have a tree cut down and the stump to be grinded and the mess cleaned up. Well at first I thought they were great, they cut the tree down fast piled up all the branches to be removed, then it took them 3 weeks yes 3 weeks to come back and clean up the mess, and that was calling them constantly asking when they were coming back to finish the job. Every time they came up with excuses on why they couldn't come back and finish what they started. When they did finally come back to clean up, they trashed my yard and they never finished the whole job. They didn't grind the stump which was part of the contract.

Tree Rangers and the team offered me a quick appraisal, and did a clean, quick job. They're the right people for the job, and I would use their services anytime.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE by Tree Rangers 911!. I deal with a lot of companies as I have had many projects from landscaping to fences installed and know of them compared to the cost, quality, professionalism and service that you get with Arthur and his team! . I found his name in the yellow pages listed #6 in Metro Detroit area and they should be #1!! I called Arthur, he came out the same day and worked me into his already busy schedule and removed over 40 arborvitae trees as well as ground all the stumps. (The previous company I hired had broken machines and basically did not care if the work was done on time or not) I was having a fence installed on Sunday and Arthur assured me the job would be done. Arthur and his team exceeded our expectations beyond belief . It was the best call I ever made! I had a lot of tree trimming that needed to be done and I was pleased with the job. The crew was very friendly and polite. Tree Ranger's quote was very comptetive and they ended up doing even more work while they were on site when we identified more trees that should be taken care of. I had tons of branches removed and they left the yard cleaner than it was when they started. While they were doing work at my house, my neigbor hired them to trim one of her trees and she couldn't beleive how little they charged her...she work the check for 20% more. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Took down a very large tree in a very narrow space. They cleaned up well, all wood gone with just some sawdust left. Very good price and good effort.

My neighbor hired this company. I suddenly noticed someone in our backyard. They didn't bother to ask permission. When I came out into the yard, before I could say anything, he said "Your neighbor is paying us to cut down these branches, you don't have a problem with that?" I told him to be careful around our trees and he said "we wouldn't be in business if we weren't careful." I went inside and then he grabbed my patio chair and sat down and had a smoke. They left cut branches hanging out of our tree and didn't do a great clean-up job. Not professional and rude.

Arthur and his crew did an outstanding job with my front yard. They removed 4 trees and 5 stumps and it hardly looks like the trees ever existed. Very professional, very efficient, very open to any requests I had, and veryunderstanding when I had a small glitch when it cam to my payment.

All in all I would definately recommend them to anyone, in fact when I decide what I want to do with my yard they will be the crew I call. Thanks Arthur.
